Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan does not require a credit card. Monthly limits reset at the start of each billing period; you can upgrade instead of waiting for the reset.
How does per-account billing work?
Each paid subscription covers one connected Instagram account. Workspaces with multiple paid accounts are billed for each account, while larger agency setups can request custom pricing.
What counts as a DM?
A DM is counted only when Nerugaa successfully sends an outbound Instagram message. Inbound messages, failed attempts, retries and webhook echoes do not consume the allowance.
Can I cancel or upgrade later?
Yes. Monthly plans can be upgraded or cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
What do I save with annual billing?
Annual Pro billing saves approximately 20% and is charged once for the full year.
Are taxes and invoices included?
Prices exclude applicable GST or other taxes. Paid customers will receive a payment receipt or invoice, and can contact support for billing details.
